Job description:
Responsible for pre-sales and after-sales technical support, etc. of our products.
1. Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support required by the sales department;
2. Test generic cabling products according to our and customer requirements;
3. Provide product training and technical service training for employees and customers;
4. The management over products' test reports; Routine management over cabling samples, panel design and SKs; Work with chariness and responsibility, being fair-minded, honest and aggressive, actively afford job tasks;
5. The management and prewarning over product documentation; The one with certain R&D capabilities is prioritized;
6. Other matters delivered by department head.
 
Job requirements:
1. Familiar with generic cabling technologies;
2. Have comprehensive knowledge of technical specialty;
3. Know basic information of other branded products, the status and characteristic of similar products and competitors;
4. Have a clear understanding of R&D capabilities, technical advantages and disadvantages;
5. Familiar with product configuration;
6. Excellent oral communication abilities,
7. Work with chariness and responsibility, being fair-minded, honest and aggressive, actively afford job tasks;
8. The one with certain R&D capabilities is prioritized;
